These are the terms for using Pixel Smart Agent (“the Service”), a service by PixelTech (“we”). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
The Service
The Service plans, writes and designs social media content for small businesses: posts, stories and reels. It publishes that content to the accounts the business has connected, only after the business owner has approved it.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account access secure, and for any activity in your account.
Connect only accounts and Pages you are authorized to manage on behalf of the business.
If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, tell us right away at office@pixeltech.co.il.
Content and approval
The business is responsible for the content it approves for publishing, including the texts, the images and the rights to them.
Content is prepared with the help of artificial intelligence and may contain mistakes, inaccuracies or unsuitable wording. This is why every post goes through the business owner’s approval before it is published. Review every draft before you approve it.
The images and materials you upload remain yours. You allow us to use them only to operate the Service for you.
Acceptable use
You may use the Service to create and publish content for your business. You may not use it to:
Publish content that is illegal, offensive or misleading, or that infringes the rights of others.
Send spam or publish in a way that breaks the rules of the social networks.
Try to break into the Service, disrupt it, or access other businesses’ data.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Social network terms
Publishing is done through the interfaces of Meta (Instagram, Facebook) and TikTok. Your use is also subject to their terms and policies, and you are responsible for following them. We don’t control the networks’ decisions, such as publishing limits, blocks or changes to their interfaces.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available, but we don’t promise uninterrupted, error-free operation. There may be maintenance breaks and outages at providers or networks.
We may change, add or remove features. We will give advance notice of any material change to these terms.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PixelTech is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, loss of revenue, or damage arising from content approved for publishing, from decisions of the social networks, or from outages at third-party providers.
Ending use and deleting data
You can stop using the Service and disconnect accounts at any time. Tokens of a disconnected account are deleted immediately.
You can request full deletion of your data, as explained on the Data Deletion page.
Posts that were already published stay on the social networks, and you can delete them there directly.
We may stop providing the Service to an account that breaks these terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and the use of the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction.
